Who We Are

The GLOBAL INSTITUTE FOR WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT GROUP (GIWE GROUP) is an international think-and- do-tank founded by Mr. Kassoum Coulibaly – Mali (UN Women’s Empower Women Global Mentor for Women’s Economic Empowerment – www.empowerwomen.org) and Mrs Loubna Amhair – Morocco in partnership with the African Development Group (ADG) to promote Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women, International Development, Peace and Security in the world.

We advance economic, political and social change through gender policy. Our work in education, economic freedom and liberalism, human rights, peace and security, and policy trainings promotes choice and accountability across private and public sectors.

To translate gender policy in practice, we engage with young people, women, policy and opinion leaders’ through research, policy debates, pilot projects and advocacy.

Our Values
